FOR AN ADDITIONAL TO LAW NO. 10 383, DATED 24. 02. 2011, “ON MANDATORY HEALTHCARE INSURANCE IN THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA “, AMENDED
In support of articles 78 and 83, point 1, of the Constitution, with the proposal of the Council of Ministers,
ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA
DECIDE:
Article 1
In the law no. 10 383, dated 24.2.2011, “On mandatory health care insurance in the Republic of Albania”, amended, after the letter “ë”, of point 2, of article 5, the letter “f” is added, with the following content:
“f) unemployed women with three or more children aged up to 18 years, where one of the children is under the age of 5 and the family has an income of less than 100 thousand ALL per month, the period of care for the child up to the age of 5- year old”.
Article 2
This law enters into force 15 days after publication in the Official Gazette and extends its effects from January 1, 2023.
